This ground floor, updated villa is spacious inside and ideally located in the center of the resort (nice and quiet), near one of the biggest and best of the villa pools, a short walk to tennis/pickleball and the convention center, and just 5 minutes to the pedestrian bridge and the beach.

The Beach Fun Oasis villa (#2603) comfortably sleeps 8 (max) in two bedrooms. The master offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom a walk in shower. The guest room offers a double over double bunk + queen bed and access to the second bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.

In the living area, enjoy comfy seating and a Smart TV with DirecTV Stream included and all streaming channels that you can utilize with your credentials. The dining area neighbors the living room and has seating for 8, and a bar area that looks into the kitchen with all full-sized appliances, blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all necessities for meals and snacks.

The covered patio offers seating and overlooks a pristine green space where kids can stretch their legs and one of the most sizable of the villa pools which is heated seasonally. A full sized washer/dryer and high speed WIFI is provided for your convenience.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

The luxurious Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort are 8 seasonally heated pools, a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.
